In deze rol ben jij de schakel tussen de business, gebruikers en softwareleveranciers. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om actief mee te denken over de verdere ontwikkeling van de applicaties en processen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Oplossen van 1e-, 2e- en 3e-lijns incidenten. - Testen en implementeren van wijzigingen en nieuwe software-releases. - Inventariseren van gebruikerswensen en deze vertalen naar slimme oplossingen. - Optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen binnen ERP en WMS. - Beheren van koppelingen tussen verschillende applicaties. Wie zoeken wij? Je bent iemand die energie krijgt van techniek en bedrijfsprocessen. Je denkt in oplossingen, werkt zelfstandig en vindt het leuk om verbeteringen door te voeren. Daarnaast breng je mee: - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring als Applicatiebeheerder of Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder. - Kennis van ERP- en/of WMS-systemen. - Ervaring met applicatiekoppelingen. - Affiniteit met projectmatig werken en BI is mooi meegenomen.
