Organisatie- en afdelingsomschrijving Voor een middelgrote organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder met affiniteit voor HR-processen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, optimaliseren en doorontwikkelen van ERP-applicaties die de HR- en salarisprocessen ondersteunen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en externe leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat de systemen betrouwbaar, veilig en gebruiksvriendelijk blijven Functie-informatie Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Het beheren en optimaliseren van ERP-applicaties binnen het HR-domein. - Het voorbereiden, testen en implementeren van wijzigingen en nieuwe softwareversies. - Het analyseren en oplossen van tweedelijns incidenten, gebruikersvragen en functionele verstoringen. - Het monitoren van systeemkoppelingen, interfaces en gegevensuitwisseling tussen verschillende applicaties. - Het bijdragen aan implementatie- en verbeterprojecten op het gebied van applicaties en bedrijfsprocessen. - Het ondersteunen en adviseren van functioneel beheerders, key users en eindgebruikers. - Het bewaken van de kwaliteit, continuïteit en beschikbaarheid van de applicaties. Functie-eisen Wij zoeken een professional die beschikt over: - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, opgedaan via een relevante opleiding of passende werkervaring. - Ervaring met functioneel applicatiebeheer en AFAS, bij voorkeur binnen HR- of salarisprocessen. - Interesse in de combinatie van IT, bedrijfsprocessen en gebruikersondersteuning. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om met verschillende belanghebbenden same...
