Achter deze activiteiten staat een professionele organisatie waarin processen, systemen en data een steeds belangrijkere rol spelen. AFAS ondersteunt daarbij een groot deel van onze HR-, salaris- en personeelsprocessen. Om deze processen optimaal te ondersteunen en verder te professionaliseren, zoeken wij een AFAS Applicatiebeheerder/Consultant HRM & Payroll. Wat je gaat doen Als AFAS Applicatiebeheerder HRM & Payroll ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de optimalisatie en de verdere ontwikkeling van AFAS Profit binnen het HR-domein. Je zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen, workflows en salaris gerelateerde functionaliteiten optimaal zijn ingericht en aansluiten op de behoeften van de organisatie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met HR, salarisadministratie, leidinggevenden en andere interne stakeholders. Je analyseert vraagstukken vanuit de organisatie, vertaalt deze naar praktische oplossingen binnen AFAS en begeleidt wijzigingen van ontwerp tot implementatie. Je komt in een organisatie waar mensen elkaar kennen en helpen, met korte communicatielijnen en veel vrijheid. De uitdaging in deze rol zit hem in de complexiteit, structuur en grootte van het bedrijf en al haar onderdelen. Wat verwachten we van onze applicatiebeheerder/consultant afas hrm & payroll?
