Heb je ervaring met applicatiebeheer en zoek je een interne IT-rol waar je echt uitgedaagd wordt? Dan is deze positie iets voor jou! Samen met twee collega's draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor ons volledige applicatielandschap en leid je verschillende IT-projecten, vaak in samenwerking met externe partners. Wat ga je doen? - Monitoren en Beheren: Je houdt toezicht op diverse applicaties, waaronder een ERP-systeem gebaseerd op Microsoft Dynamics. - Wijzigingsverzoeken Beoordelen : Je beoordeelt aanvragen voor wijzigingen en begeleidt het updateproces. - Gebruikerstrainingen : Je traint gebruikers en schrijft functionele handleidingen. - Communicatie met Leveranciers : Je onderhoudt de contacten met softwareleveranciers. - Procesoptimalisatie : Je praat met gebruikers om bedrijfsprocessen te identificeren die efficiënter of geautomatiseerd kunnen worden. - Data en Integraties : Je ontsluit data uit databases en koppelt verschillende applicaties en databases aan elkaar. - Projectleiding : Je neemt de leiding in diverse IT-projecten, zowel op het gebied van applicaties als andere ICT-domeinen, soms in samenwerking met externe partijen.
