Achter de schermen zorgen wij ervoor dat onze HR-processen optimaal worden ondersteund door betrouwbare en gebruiksvriendelijke systemen. Als Applicatiebeheerder HR speel jij daarin een belangrijke rol Dit ga je doen: Als Applicatiebeheerder HR ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de inrichting en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze HR-applicaties, waaronder AFAS. Je zorgt ervoor dat systemen optimaal functioneren, aansluiten bij de behoeften van gebruikers en bijdragen aan efficiënte HR-processen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het beheren, inrichten en optimaliseren van HR-systemen en autorisaties. - Het analyseren van gebruikerswensen en het vertalen hiervan naar slimme oplossingen. - Het oplossen van incidenten en het doorvoeren van structurele verbeteringen. - Het leiden of coördineren van projecten, zoals implementaties, optimalisaties en releases. - Het ondersteunen van collega's met uitleg, instructies en advies over het gebruik van de systemen. - Het signaleren van ontwikkelingen en kansen op het gebied van digitalisering en automatisering van HR-processen. - Het ontsluiten en verbeteren van HR-data en managementinformatie Dit heb jij in je mars: Jij bent analytisch sterk, denkt in oplossingen en weet techniek begrijpelijk te maken voor collega's.
