Daarom kijk jij als Applicatiebeheerder Klantenservice & Planning verder dan alleen een goed werkende applicatie. Je denkt mee over de toekomst, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt dat applicaties blijven aansluiten op de behoeften van de organisatie. Je werkt met Flexkids voor onze kindplanning en Konnect als ouder- en groepsportaal. Beide applicaties zijn onmisbaar zijn voor onze dienstverlening aan ouders en collega's. Je combineert jouw sterke inhoudelijke kennis van applicatiebeheer met het vermogen een coördinerende rol binnen het team op te pakken. Jij neemt regie, bewaart het overzicht en weet wat nodig is om applicatiebeheer naar een hoger niveau te brengen Dit ga je doen: - functioneel beheren en verbeteren van Flexkids en Konnect; - vertalen van gebruikersvragen en proceswensen naar passende applicatie-oplossingen; - testen, beoordelen en begeleiden van wijzigingen en nieuwe functionaliteiten; - signaleren van risico's, knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden in applicaties en processen en vertaalt deze naar concrete voorstellen; - coördineren van werkzaamheden binnen het team en bewaken van voortgang en prioriteiten; - ondersteunen van collega's met kennis, uitleg en werkinstructies; - bijdragen aan multidisciplinaire projecten voor (tactische en strategische) verbeteringen. - ondersteund bij rapportages en dataontsluiting en analyses. - draagt bij aan verdere professionalisering van applicatiebeheer, waarbij de applicaties goed blijven aansluiten op de werkprocessen binnen Kind&co ludens Dit heb jij in je mars: Je gelo...
