- Vacature: Applicatiebeheerder Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Gouda | Hybride | 32-40 uur | Woningborg Een nieuw kernplatform bouwen is één ding. Het goed laten landen in de organisatie is iets anders. Als Applicatiebeheerder Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform ben jij daarvoor de spil: de schakel tussen gebruikers, ICT en onze externe partners. Waar ga je aan de slag Je werkt in het ICT-team van Woningborg en rapporteert aan de Manager ICT. Het team is relatief compact. Daarom zoeken we iemand die zelfstandig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en makkelijk samenwerkt met de business en externe IT-partners. Fundament is ons nieuwe kernplatform op basis van Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform en Dataverse. Het vervangt een belangrijk deel van het huidige applicatielandschap en gaat verschillende primaire bedrijfsprocessen ondersteunen. We bouwen het samen met implementatiepartner Cegeka. De komende maanden draaien om ontwikkelen, testen, datamigratie, gebruikersacceptatie en de voorbereiding op de livegang in februari 2027. Hoe meer kennis we zelf opbouwen, hoe meer regie jij in eigen hand neemt. Wat ga je doen - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het functioneel beheer van Dynamics 365: je beheert configuraties en instellingen en houdt het platform stabiel, juist rond de livegang; - Gebruikers en key-users weten je te vinden met vragen, incidenten en functionele problemen. Jij zoekt uit of de oorzaak functioneel, technisch of in het proces zit; - Je haalt wensen op bij gebruikers en proceseigenaren, vertaalt ze naar functionele requirements en user stories, adviseert over standaardfunctionaliteit versus maatwerk en helpt bij het prioriteren van wijzigingen; - Je coördineert changes en releases: je beoordeelt de impact, stelt acceptatiecriteria op, bereidt testen en gebruikersacceptatietesten voor, bewaakt bevindingen en zorgt voor goede nazorg en actuele documentatie; - Met Power Apps en Power Automate digitalisee...
