Wil jij dé expert worden achter de systemen en data van een snelgroeiende groep tandartspraktijken?

Ben jij iemand die graag uitzoekt hoe een applicatie écht werkt, verbanden ziet in data en vervolgens bedenkt hoe het beter kan?

Dan is dit misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Bij Mint Tandartsen zoeken we een Application & Data Specialist die eigenaar wordt van onze Patient Management Systems (PMS), met een sterke focus op DentAdmin en CareConnect.

Je wordt dé interne expert voor deze systemen en vormt de schakel tussen data, IT en onze tandartspraktijken. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze medewerkers de systemen optimaal gebruiken én dat we de data eruit halen die nodig is om onze organisatie slimmer en efficiënter te maken.

Geen klassieke IT-supportfunctie dus. Je analyseert, verbetert, implementeert en maakt impact.

Een greep uit het takenpakket:

  • wordt de interne expert en key user voor DentAdmin en CareConnect;
  • analyseert data uit beide systemen en vertaalt die naar bruikbare inzichten en dashboards;
  • duikt in de datastructuur van de systemen: tabellen, velden, modules en onderlinge verbanden;
  • identificeert mogelijkheden om processen in onze tandartspraktijken efficiënter en slimmer te maken;
  • ontwikkelt en implementeert standaarden en best practices;
  • ondersteunt gebruikers bij vragen, incidenten en optimalisaties;
  • vormt de brug tussen onze PMS-systemen en onze bredere dataomgeving, waaronder NetSuite, het datawarehouse en Power BI;
  • werkt samen met softwareleveranciers rond nieuwe functionaliteiten en verbeteringen;
  • ondersteunt digitaliserings- en verbeterprojecten;
  • monitort KPI's en vertaalt data naar inzichten waarmee onze praktijken beter kunnen presteren.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat we meer halen uit onze systemen én uit onze data.

Je hoeft niet per se al ervaring te hebben in de tandheelkundige sector.

We zoeken vooral iemand die nieuwsgierig is naar systemen, analytisch denkt en graag problemen oplost.

  • een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • een sterk analytisch vermogen en interesse in data en datastructuren;
  • ervaring met een PMS, ERP of ander operationeel softwareplatform;
  • interesse in applicatiebeheer en procesoptimalisatie;
  • een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een plus;
  • een kritische blik en oog voor detail;
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • een hands-on en zelfstandige werkhouding;
  • een positieve can-do mentaliteit.

Ervaring met DentAdmin, CareConnect of software binnen de zorgsector? Dan heb je een streepje voor.

Nog geen ervaring met deze systemen? Geen probleem. We verwachten vooral dat je ze snel en grondig wilt leren begrijpen. Je krijgt hiervoor de kans om in de eerste weken actief mee te lopen in onze praktijken.
