Begrijpen van de behoeften van klanten en andere stakeholders en deze vertalen naar ServiceNow-oplossingen. Werken in een agile scrum team. Functie Eisen: Neem deze vragen over en puntsgewijs beantwoorden met de jaartallen 8+ jaar recente ervaring in coderen in JavaScript, en 4+ jaar in ServiceNow implementaties en/of werkervaring met ServiceNow. Ervaring met ServiceNow Discovery configuratie en implementatie Ervaring met ServiceNow AI agent configuratie en implementatie Ervaring met het werken in Agile scrum teams Ervaring met ServiceNow met modules ITSM, Platform, Portal, SPM, SAM Pro, CSDM en CMDB Ervaring met het werken met Web Servicestechnologieen zoals SOAP en REST gewenst.
