Ben jij klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging binnen de wereld van techniek? Bij buro Nexus zijn we steeds op zoek naar gedreven professionals om binnen ons netwerk op langdurige, toonaangevende projecten het verschil te maken.

We zoeken versterking op het gebied van gebouwencomfort: van HVAC-regeltechniek en netwerkkoppelingen tot slimme gebouwbeheersystemen.

Als Application Solution Engineer HVAC ben jij de creatieve en technische motor achter onze regeltechnische concepten. Je vertaalt de wensen van de klant naar slimme oplossingen uit het productportfolio en bewaakt de uitvoering van A tot Z. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten én collega’s van projectmanagement.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je ontwerpt geavanceerde HVAC-regelingen als onderdeel van integrale gebouwbeheersystemen (BMS).

• Je optimaliseert je ontwerpen continu om te voldoen aan de strengste duurzaamheidsnormen.

• Je werkt nauwkeurig binnen de gemaakte afspraken rond offerte, hoeveelheden en lastenboek.

• Je stelt technische plannen en documenten op en houdt deze up-to-date, zoals P&ID’s, I/O-lijsten, technische beschrijvingen, materiaalselecties en netwerktopologieën.

• In afstemming met de Project Manager bewaak je de technische voortgang en kwaliteit.

• Je draagt de uitvoeringsdossiers over aan de technici. De programmering vindt plaats in België of elders in Europa.

• Je bespreekt technische oplossingen rechtstreeks met klanten en/of installatiebedrijven.

• Je implementeert projecten op het geavanceerde Desigo CC-platform (GTC).

• Je draagt actief bij aan het ontwikkelen en up-to-date houden van standaarden en procedures.

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma met relevante ervaring of een masterdiploma in elektromechanica, energietechniek, klimaatregeling of automatisering.
  • Je hebt ongeveer 3 jaar ervaring in HVAC-regeltechniek.
  • Je hebt een gedegen kennis van veelgebruikte c ommunicatieprotocollen binnen gebouwautomatisering, zoals BACnet, Modbus en KNX.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel en Visio. Kennis van AutoCAD is een mooie plus.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis van het Engels.
