Aufgaben

Für unser WAMAS Maintenance Center (WMC) suchen wir einen Implementation Specialist (w/m/d), der die erfolgreiche Einführung und den stabilen Betrieb unserer WMC-Lösung bei Kunden sicherstellt. Sie sind maßgeblich daran beteiligt, unsere Wartungssoftware (CMMS) in reale Einsatzszenarien zu bringen und sicherzustellen, dass diese zuverlässig, performant und mit maximalem Kundennutzen läuft.

Weiters umfasst das Aufgabengebiet:

* Implementierung, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme der WMC-Softwarelösungen bei Kunden und unseren Resident Maintenance Teams

* Unterstützung bei der Einführung von neuen Funktionen (z.B. Predictive Maintenance und SMART Services)

* Durchführung von Tests, Validierung der Systemfunktionalität

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams

* Aktive Teilnahme an internen Kollaborationsplattformen zur Förderung von Best Practices und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

* Erfassung von Anwenderfeedback und Weitergabe an Product Management und Entwicklung

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene, technische Ausbildung im Bereich Software, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik o.ä. (HTL, FH, TU o.Ä.)

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung durch praktische Einsätze

* Erfahrung mit Wartungssoftware oder industriellen Systemen von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse in Instandhaltungsprozessen und Grundverständnis von Schnittstellen und Systemintegration von Vorteil

* Starke Problemlösungs- und Analysefähigkeiten

* Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch als auch Englisch

* Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Reisebereitschaft ca. 30%

Benefits können standortabhängig bzw. stellenbezogen variieren. Möglicher Eintrittstermin: ab sofort

Wir bieten für diese Position ein monatliches Mindest-Bruttoeinstiegsgehalt von €3.460,00 auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Wochenstunden). Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird aufgrund von Vordienstzeiten, Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und dem Kollektivvertrag berechnet.
