The posting

Pour les applications prises en charge :

  • Assurer l'interface avec les utilisateurs :comprendre les processus métiers analyser les besoins analyser les problèmes rencontrés et proposer des solutions assurer le support évaluer les demandes d'évolution assurer la formation et mettre à disposition une documentation
  • Assurer l'interface avec l'extérieur :les fournisseurs d'application les intervenants extérieurs (autres CPAS, Paradigm, ...) vos collègues du Service informatique
  • Participer au développement d'applications, au paramétrage, à la configuration et à l'évolution de celles-ci :analyse fonctionnelle analyse de migration des données tenue d'un cahier d'évolution
  • Participer à la rédaction de documentation à destination des utilisateurs
  • Gérer des applications dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : Action Sociale, Emploi et Formation, Seniors, Logement, Santé, Enfance et Jeunesse, Handicap, Finances, Ressources Humaines
  • Assister la Direction dans la gestion des marchés publics pour la sélection de nouvelles applications (réalisation de cahiers des charges et évaluation des offres remises par les fournisseurs - renouvellement des licences des applicatifs)

Profil

  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, d'adaptation et de synthèse
  • Bonnes aptitudes relationnelles et d'animation de groupe
  • Bonnes aptitudes à la communication verbale et écrite (notes, rapport, courriers et documentation)
  • Etre familier·e avec les outils informatiques
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'informatique et des outils bureautiques

Prérequis

  • Etre titulaire d'un diplôme belge (Graduat/Bachelier informatique) ou en possession d'une décision d'équivalence
  • Avoir une expérience professionnelle de minimum 3 ans en gestion de projets IT et dans le testing d'applications
  • Avoir une parfaite maitrise du français ou du néerlandais et une bonne capacité de rédaction dans cette langue
  • Avoir une connaissance de base de l'autre langue régionale et être en possession du brevet linguistique SELOR ou disposé à l'obtenir

  • Le respect de l'équilibre vie professionnelle-vie privée : un minimum de 35 jours et demi de congé par an, des horaires flexibles et une possibilité de faire du télétravail (2 jours max/sem)
