DAS ERWARTET DICH

* Du betreust unsere Business Applications in der Organisationsentwicklung (OE) und sorgst dafür, dass Zusammenarbeit, Wissenstransfer und Prozesse im Unternehmen einfacher und effizienter werden

* Du unterstützt Anwenderinnen und Anwender im First Level Support bei Fragen und Herausforderungen

* Du administrierst die eingesetzten Systeme und stellst die Qualität von Stammdaten und Konfigurationen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen sicher

* Du setzt Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekte gemeinsam mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen, der IT sowie externen Partnern um

* Du nutzt moderne KI-Tools und Technologien, um Prozesse zu vereinfachen und den Mehrwert für unsere Anwender laufend zu erhöhen

DAS ERWARTEN WIR

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder befindest dich in einem laufenden Studium in den Bereichen IT, Digitalisierung, Wirtschaft, Technik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Business Applications, SharePoint, IT-Support, Application Management oder der Betreuung digitaler Systeme

* Du begeisterst dich für digitale Anwendungen, neue Technologien, KI und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen

* Du findest dich schnell in neuen Systemen zurecht und hast Spaß daran, pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln

* Du kommunizierst offen und arbeitest gerne mit unterschiedlichen Teams zusammen
