The posting

Voor een engineering bedrijf, internationaal actief, regio Kortrijk zoeken we een Applicatie Analist, iemand die zin heeft om echt ownership te nemen over hun diverse bedrijfsapplicaties en de digitale processen. Iemand die graag bijleert, goed samenwerkt en energie krijgt van technologie die wérkt. We zoeken een junior/medior profiel die zich wil verdiepen in PowerBI, Sharepoint, CRM, ERP, AI en SQL. Dit ter vervanging van iemand die op pensioen gaat.

De persoon komt terecht in een IT Team van 8 personen, waarvan 3 collega’s binnen het IT Application Team. Hij/zij zal rapporteren aan de IT Manager.

Functie

Samen met je collega’s van het IT Application Team zorg je ervoor dat systemen, data en integraties betrouwbaar blijven en intelligenter worden. Een heel diverse job: de ene dag duik je in datakwaliteit, een ERP optimailisatie of een integratie-problematiek, de andere dag help je hun processen efficiënter te maken. Je denkt mee en neemt ownership over de oplossingen die je uitwerkt. Dit alles in nauw overleg met de IT Manager zodoende de juiste prioriteiten en plan van aanpak te bepalen.

Projecten die op de planning staan: verdere uitbouw PowerBI, Sharepoint optimalisaties, overstap naar cloud ERP systeem, AI projecten,…

· Je houdt onze bedrijfsapplicaties performant, stabiel en future-proof.

· Je helpt gebruikers vooruit met duidelijke uitleg, training en support.

· Je zorgt dat data klopt, systemen goed interageren met elkaar en processen logisch blijven.

· Je werkt nauw samen met leveranciers, key users en collega’s om verbeteringen door te voeren.

· Je documenteert wat je bouwt zodat het team mee kan groeien en kennis geborgd wordt.

Profiel

· Analytisch, nieuwsgierig en iemand die graag problemen oplost.

· Communicatief sterk en niet bang om met verschillende teams te schakelen.

· Iemand die graag structuur brengt, steeds met de nodige flexibiliteit.

· Technische achtergrond van minstens enkele jaren in één of meerdere van volgende technologieën of het engagement om zich hierin te verdiepen:

o Microsoft 365 – SharePoint, Teams, Power BI

o Microsoft SQL databases

o ERP-modules
