* Betreuung mehrerer Applikationen und Funktion als primäre Schnittstelle für die IT-Infrastrukturabteilung im zugewiesenen Service-Umfang * Aktives Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Eskalationsmanagement für das zugewiesene Service- und App-Portfolio * Inhaltliche und technische Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Applikationen sowie Begleitung von Stakeholdern und Endkunden bei Inbetriebnahme-Aktivitäten * E2E-Verantwortung für bestehende Applikationen im Tagesgeschäft

Vertrags- & Portfolio-Management

* End-to-End-Verantwortung für dein zugeordnetes Portfolio (Anwendungen & Lizenzen oder Dienstleistungen) - fachlich, kommerziell und vertraglich, vom Erstgespräch mit dem Fachbereich über die Bestellung bis zur unterzeichneten Verlängerung oder Kündigung

Schnittstelle Fachbereich, Hersteller & IT

* Zentrale Drehscheibe zwischen Fachbereich, Hersteller*innen und IT - Übersetzung von Anforderungen in Verträge, Eskalation von Support- und Troubleshooting-Themen an Hersteller*innen und Dienstleister*innen * Erste Anlaufstelle bei komplexen Vertrags-, Lieferant*innen- oder Budget-Situationen - intern wie gegenüber Lieferanten*innen * Es geht um echte Verantwortung und wirksame Lösungen, nicht um Ticket-Pingpong und Bürokratie

Beschaffung, Anbieter- & Servicebewertung

* Bewertung neuer Anforderungen und Einholung von Angeboten * Anbieter*innenvergleich und Vorantreiben der Beschaffung

Dein Profil Ausbildung & Erfahrung

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-, Wirtschaftsinformatik-, Wirtschafts- oder rechtsnahen Umfeld (HTL, FH, Universität, Master/Diplom) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen * Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Application Management, IT-Servicemanagement, Vertragsmanagement, Dienstleister*innensteuerung oder einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenrolle

Fachliche Kompetenzen

* Solides Verständnis des IT-Serviceportfolios oder Bereitschaft, es zu erlernen * Grundlegende Geschäftskenntnisse, einschließlich Business-Case-Erstellung und Angebots-/Produktkalkulation * Umfangreiche Kenntnisse zu IT-Services & -Lösungen, Business Value und regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen

Persönlichkeit & Arbeitsweise

* Generalist*in zwischen Business, IT und Lieferant - souverän, kaufmännisch, juristisch und lösungsorientiert denkend * Du bist Steuer*in, nicht reine*r Verwalter*in - willst Lieferant*innenbeziehungen aktiv prägen und Applikations- bzw. Service-Landschaften weiterentwickeln * Starke Kund*innenorientierung mit Fähigkeit, langfristige Kund*innenbeziehungen aufzubauen * Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, auch auf Managementebene * Starkes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken * Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit Fristenbewusstsein und der Fähigkeit, viele parallele Themen ohne Qualitätsverlust zu jonglieren * Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Engagement und eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Einstellung

Sprachkenntnisse

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse- und gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld

* Kenntnisse im Datenschutz- und Compliance-Umfeld (DSGVO, AVV) * Verständnis gängiger Lizenzmodelle (user-, device-, core-basiert)
