Dein Spielfeld: optimieren, automatisieren, begeistern. 1 Application Specialist (m/w/d) Aufgabengebiet

* Gestaltung der Applikationslandschaft: Du hältst alles am Laufen, erkennst Verbesserungspotential und findest Lösungen, die den Arbeitsalltag effizienter machen.

* Fachbereiche verstehen und unterstützen: Du analysierst Abläufe, übersetzt Anforderungen in klare Konzepte und entwickelst digitale Tools, die wirklich Mehrwert bringen.

* IT-Projekte vorantreiben: End-to-end-Verantwortung inkl. hands-on Konfiguration und Umsetzung von Applikationen.

* Schnittstellen koordinieren: Du verbindest Daten und Anwendungen zuverlässig miteinander und arbeitest eng mit IT, Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern zusammen.

* Nutzer optimal einbinden: Du führst Schulungen durch, erstellst praxisnahe Dokumentationen und gibst hilfreiche Tipps, damit digitale Tools optimal genutzt werden.

Skill-Set

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder Quereinsteiger mit hoher IT-Affinität willkommen

* Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-Applikationen sowie ein gutes Prozessverständnis für betriebliche Abläufe

* Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 oder vergleichbaren Technologien

* Routine in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen: Anforderungen aufnehmen, strukturieren, priorisieren und in klare Konzepte für interne oder externe Umsetzer übersetzen

* Eigenständige, hands-on Arbeitsweise, hohe Motivation für Digitalisierungsthemen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Das mögliche Gehalt

Das Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung zwischen EUR 4.500 und EUR 5.600 brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis).
