The posting

Cereco confie à un partenaire indépendant le développement de son réseau de prescripteurs et de clients professionnels sur le Hainaut et ses environs.

La mission consiste à :

  • Identifier et approcher les prescripteurs du secteur : architectes, entrepreneurs généraux, promoteurs, syndics de copropriété, agences immobilières, notaires
  • Développer les relations avec les gestionnaires de patrimoine privé : sociétés immobilières, gestionnaires de portefeuilles locatifs, grandes copropriétés
  • Qualifier les besoins rencontrés et organiser la mise en relation avec notre direction technique, qui établit et négocie les offres
  • Entretenir la relation avec les comptes ouverts, dans la durée
  • Faire remonter les tendances du terrain : besoins émergents, conditions pratiquées sur le marché

Le partenaire ouvre les portes et fait vivre la relation. Le chiffrage, l'établissement des offres et l'exécution technique restent chez Cereco.

La mission s'exerce en toute autonomie : organisation du temps, choix des déplacements et moyens de travail relèvent du partenaire. Aucune exclusivité n'est demandée.

Les missions issues de marchés publics et des sociétés de logement de service public sont exclues du périmètre.
