Gesucht wird eine engagierte Unterstützung mit dem Ziel einer verkürzten Lehrausbildung über den 2. Bildungsweg (18 Monate). 1 AQUA Ausbildung als Florist/in (m/w/d) Beruf: Florist_in

Zielgruppe:

Beim AMS Wien gemeldete Arbeitssuchende ab 18 Jahren, mit der Berechtigung am österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt eine Beschäftigung anzutreten.

Was benötigt wird:

* dem Berufsbild entsprechende Deutsch-Kenntnisse

* Kaufmännisches Verständnis, Zahlenverständnis, Genauigkeit

* Interesse an einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit im Verkauf

* Freude am kreativen Gestalten

Aufgabenbereich:

* Direkter Kund/innenkontakt, Beratung, Verkauf

* Zusammenstellung von Gestecken, Sträußen etc.

* Pflege des Warenbestandes

* Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten in der Filiale

Perspektiven:

* Erfolgreiche Zukunft in einem gut situierten Unternehmen

* Gute öffentliche Erreichbarkeit

Sie werden im Rahmen des AQUA Programms eine Qualifizierung und ein betriebliches Praktikum absolvieren. Das Ausmaß erstreckt sich auf die Dauer der halben Lehrzeit in nur max. 18 Monaten und ist abhängig von der Vorerfahrung, die die Teilnehmer/innen mitbringen.

Sie erhalten eine Beihilfe in der Höhe Ihrer aktuellen Geldleistung beim AMS, mindestens jedoch in der Höhe der Beihilfe zur Deckung des Lebensunterhalts. Zusätzlich erhalten Sie eine Pauschale für Ihre Fahrtkosten.

Ziel: Eintritt in ein ordentliches Dienstverhältnis im selben Unternehmen nach Ausbildungsende.

Verdienst: Nach Ausbildung - Entlohnung im Dienstverhältnis brutto mind. € 2.026,19.
