Vos missions et responsabilités principales

  • Conduire et surveiller la ligne d’embouteillage, en assurant les réglages nécessaires (cadence, remplissage, pression, etc.) pour un fonctionnement optimal.
  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement des équipements et réaliser les opérations de nettoyage et de désinfection (CIP si applicable).
  • Identifier et signaler toute anomalie technique, en mettant à profit vos compétences en électromécanique pour l'entretien et les réparations des fontaines.
  • Appliquer rigoureusement les procédures HACCP et respecter les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité.
  • Participer activement aux audits internes et externes, et signaler toute non-conformité pour maintenir nos standards de qualité élevés.

Profil recherché et qualifications

Nous recherchons un profil senior, doté d'une formation en électromécanique ou similaire (niveau secondaire technique ou bachelier selon la complexité de l'installation). Une expérience significative en électromécanique est impérative, et une première expérience en production agroalimentaire serait un atout majeur. Vous maîtrisez les procédés d’embouteillage et l'utilisation d’équipements de laboratoire de base. Votre rigueur, votre précision, votre sens des responsabilités et votre esprit d’équipe sont des qualités essentielles pour ce poste. Vous êtes réactif face aux problèmes et avez une sensibilité prononcée pour les normes qualité et hygiène.
