Wil jij met je handen werken aan projecten die je kan tonen?

Bij Ecoworks bouwen we stedelijke natuur op plekken waar het écht telt: groendaken en daktuinen, groengevels, (zwem)vijvers, maar evengoed straffe omgevingsaanleg zoals speelplaatsen en stadsparken. Dat is niet “gewoon wat groen zetten”: het is aanleg en uitvoering op niveau — technisch, soms complex, en altijd met impact.

We combineren vakmanschap met waterexpertise, natuurontwikkeling en biodiversiteit, en we zetten steeds meer in op technologie en innovatie om projecten beter te plannen, meten en opleveren.

We zoeken geen grote woorden — wel mensen die graag aanpakken en bouwen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je draait mee in onze aanlegploegen op verschillende types projecten. Wat je precies doet, hangt af van de werf en je ervaring.

Denk aan:

• Voorbereiden en opbouwen: onderlagen plaatsen, structuren beschermen, drainage/substraat/afwerking correct uitvoeren.

• Aanplanten en afwerken: beplanting, details, randen, aansluitingen — netjes en duurzaam.

• Water- en grondwerken (naargelang project): uitzetten, nivelleren, leidingen/filters mee plaatsen, afwerking rond vijvers.

• Omgevingsaanleg (naargelang project): funderingen, paden/verhardingen, boordstenen, afwerking groenstructuren.

• Werken met materiaal & machines: correct laden/lossen, materialen beschermen, werken met (hoogte)machines waar nodig.

• Samenwerken op de werf: je volgt de ploegbaas, denkt mee, en helpt de werf vooruit met kwaliteit en tempo.

Je start breed. Na een tijdje bekijken we samen waar je het best tot je recht komt: groendaken, groengevels, waterprojecten of omgevingsaanleg.

Wat je leuk gaat vinden :

• Je werkt aan projecten die je kan tonen: daken, gevels, parken en waterwerken die zichtbaar blijven.

• Veel afwisseling: andere locaties, andere technieken, andere teams.

• Je leert echte skills: detailwerk, werflogistiek, veiligheid, machines.

• De warme sfeer bij Ecoworks, fijne collega's die samenwerken als 1 team aan hetzelfde doel

Wat soms lastig is

• Het is buitenwerk: soms koud, nat, warm of winderig — en je werkt door.

• Sommige dagen zijn fysiek pittig: dragen, knielen, vuil werk, lange dagen op een werf.

• Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn strikt: PBM’s, regels en details zijn geen discussie.

• Stedelijke werven vragen soms geduld: leveringen, toegang, andere aannemers, planning die schuift.

Wie zoeken we?

Geen ingewikkelde eisen. We zoeken een aanlegprofiel met de juiste attitude.

  • Je bent hands-on: je ziet werk en je pakt het vast.
  • Je hebt goesting om te werken: we kunnen op je rekenen, je doet voort, en je houdt het tempo mee aan.
  • Je kan in team werken en respecteert collega’s, materiaal en machines.
  • Je werkt graag buiten en je bent fysiek in orde.
  • Je spreekt voldoende Nederlands om veilig samen te werken.
  • Rijbewijs B is een must. Ervaring in bouw/groen/dak is een plus, maar geen must — als je wil leren, leren wij je veel.
