Voor dit bedrijf gelegen te Kampenhout gespecialiseerd in isolaties en renovaties, zijn wij op zoek naar een manusje van alles!

Wat zit er allemaal in je takenpakket?

  • Afwerking van zolderruimtes: Hierbij komen taken zoals het plaatsen van Gyproc, het installeren van stopcontacten, en het leggen van laminaat aan bod.
  • Plaatsen van dakramen en zoldertrappen: Je draagt bij aan de verbetering van woningen door het installeren van essentiële elementen zoals dakramen en zoldertrappen.
  • Uitbreiding van technische installaties: Je wordt ingeschakeld voor het verbeteren en uitbreiden van technische installaties, waaronder verwarmingssystemen, sanitaire voorzieningen en elektrische installaties.
  • Isolatie van vloeren, muren en daken: Je speelt een cruciale rol in het isoleren van woningen met diverse isolatiematerialen, wat bijdraagt aan energie-efficiëntie en comfort.
  • Vochtbehandeling en gevelreiniging: Je voert vochtbehandelingen uit, waaronder injecties, en draagt zorg voor de reiniging van gevels om de duurzaamheid van de woningen te waarborgen.
  • Kleinere ruwbouwwerken en schrijnwerkerij: Je neemt deel aan kleinere ruwbouwprojecten en schrijnwerkerijtaken, waardoor je een veelzijdige bijdrage levert aan de renovatieprojecten.
  • Je kan vloeiend communiceren in het Nederlands
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig Rijbewijs B
