Wat ga je doen?

Werk je graag buiten en hou je van fysiek werk? Als handarbeider infrastructuur bouw je mee aan wegen, rioleringen en andere infrastructuurprojecten.

Je komt terecht bij een stabiele aannemer gespecialiseerd in infrastructuurwerken. Vanuit de site in Beerse werk je samen met een hecht en dynamisch team. Collegialiteit, veiligheid en vakmanschap staan centraal en jouw inzet wordt gewaardeerd.

Als handarbeider ondersteun je de uitvoering van uiteenlopende infrastructuurwerken. Je werkt mee aan wegen, rioleringen en verhardingen en helpt bij grond- en voorbereidende werken. Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar ook met de juiste motivatie krijg je kansen om het vak verder te leren.

- Je voert verschillende manuele werkzaamheden uit op infrastructuurwerven. - Je helpt bij de aanleg, het onderhoud en de herstelling van wegen en rioleringen. - Je ondersteunt je collega's bij grondwerken en voorbereidende werkzaamheden. - Je helpt bij het aanleggen en herstellen van verhardingen. - Je werkt nauw samen met je ploeg om de werkzaamheden vlot en veilig uit te voeren. - Je volgt de instructies van de werfleider en houdt rekening met de planning van de werf. - Je neemt initiatief en denkt mee wanneer er een praktische oplossing nodig is. - Je houdt samen met je collega's de werf ordelijk en veilig.

Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Je hebt eigen vervoer om je zelfstandig naar de afgesproken werkplek te verplaatsen.

Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.

Je bent fysiek in staat om manuele werkzaamheden op de werf uit te voeren.

Je werkt graag buiten en steekt met plezier de handen uit de mouwen.

Je functioneert goed binnen een ploeg en helpt collega's waar nodig.

Je bent flexibel en past je vlot aan verschillende werkzaamheden en werfsituaties aan.

Je neemt initiatief en voert je werk veilig en verantwoordelijk uit.

Je bent gemotiveerd om nieuwe technieken en vaardigheden aan te leren.

- Attesten: Rijbewijs B is vereist.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Geen specifiek diploma vereist. Motivatie, werklust en interesse in infrastructuurwerken zijn belangrijk.

- Vakkennis: Ervaring met infrastructuurwerken, grondwerken, wegenbouw, rioleringen of verhardingen is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

- Talenkennis: Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
