Voor een producent van verven in Vilvoorde, zoeken wij een Arbeider kwaliteitscontrole. Wij zijn op zoek naar een kwaliteitscontroleur die met oog voor detail en nauwkeurigheid de kwaliteit van de producten garandeert.

Jouw takenpakket :

  • Uitvoeren van diverse testen

Controles op natte verf (fijnheid, viscositeit, vaste bestanddelen, dichtheid, gordijnstabiliteit, ...)

Applicatie van verf op het juiste substraat, gevolgd door: IR curing (Spiegels & Decover)

  • Controles op uitgevoerde applicaties (hardheid, hechting, colorimetrie, ...)

Berekenen en uitvoeren van correcties bij afwijkingen

  • Zelf uitvoeren van kleurcorrecties in productie
  • Correcties doorvoeren op fabricatieschaal
  • Indien nodig, tijdelijke inzet in productie
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in een labo
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een A2 diploma Chemie
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vloeiend Nederlands (voor veiligheidsinstructies)

Je hebt een goede kleurperceptie

Je kan zelfstandig werken en accuraat instructies opvolgen

Je bent niet allergisch voor chemische producten

  • Je bent fysiek in staat om emmers van 20 liter te tillen en te verplaatsen
