The posting

Heb je ervaring als wegenwerker of grondwerker en zoek je een nieuwe uitdagende job? Vind je het niet erg om overuren te doen die mooi verloond worden?

Wij zijn opzoek naar arbeiders voor het onderhoud van wegen en rioleringen. Als familiebedrijf zijn wij uitgegroeid tot een grote speler binnen de bouwsector met focus binnen infrawerken.

Indien er een herstelling dient te gebeuren, wordt jouw ploeg ingezet om deze te gaan uitvoeren.

Korte beschrijving van het takenpakket:

  • Herstelling van asfalt
  • Werken aan riolering
  • Funderingswerken
  • Plaatsen van borduren, klinkers, enz.
  • ...

Een functie met veel afwisseling: je staat in de loop van één week op verschillende werven, voornamelijk in de ruime regio Antwerpen. Met je ploeg spreek je een centraal verzamelpunt af waar iedereen ’s ochtends naartoe komt met eigen vervoer. Van daaruit vertrekken jullie samen met één camionette richting de werf, waar de werkdag om 7 uur start.

Is de werkdag voorbij (8 uur gewerkt) maar is het werk nog niet afgerond, dan sta jij ervoor open om overuren te presteren. Uiteraard hangt hier een mooie verloning aan vast.

Onze lonen vallen binnen PC 124, aangevuld met extra’s zoals maaltijdcheques, een gsm met abonnement. Bij een vaste indiensttreding komen daar ook een groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering bij, evenals de mogelijkheid tot een fietsleaseplan. Daarnaast profiteer je van kortingen via Benefits at Work en voorzien wij werkkledij.

Als extra organiseren we ook tal van activiteiten zoals afterworks, teambuildings, enz.
