Arbeids- en Organisatiepsycholoog "Als assessment dienstverlener maken wij steeds meer het verschil! " Hoe doen wij dit? Door er vooral niet om heen te draaien, de essentie te raken en recht te doen aan de latente behoefte van de kandidaat en de vraag van de opdrachtgever. Wij zien hierbij voor ons vooral een reflectieve en inzicht biedende rol en taak weggelegd. Door het stellen van de juiste vragen en het bieden van inzicht vanuit meerdere dimensies, contexten en belangen, zijn zowel kandidaat als opdrachtgevers vaak zeer goed in staat keuzes te maken. In een tijd waarbij begrippen zoals: sneller, efficiënter en goedkoper niet meer weg te denken zijn zien wij het als onze taak om inzicht in gedrag voor iedereen toegankelijk te maken. Wij maken hierbij gebruik van digitale hulpmiddelen en data-analyse gebaseerd op gevalideerde vraagstelling en gedragspatronen. DilemmaManager ontwikkelt en levert digitale vragenlijsten, (capaciteiten)testen, assessments en belevingsonderzoeken welke inzicht bieden in het gedrag van mensen in een sociaaleconomische context. De resultaten van deze onderzoeken worden digitaal herleid en verwerken wij tot handzame rapportages en een deskundig en betrouwbaar advies. Wat ga je doen? Als stagiair Arbeid- en Organisatiepsychologie maak je kennis en ga je werken met de DilemmaMethode. Hierbij ondersteun je een assessmentadviseur bij assessments met vraagstukken rondom selectie, ontwikkeling en loopbaan en je gaat aan het werk met onze e-assessments. Je wordt daarbij begeleidt door een WO-geschoolde Arbeids- en Organisatiepsycholoog en werkt samen in een team met verschillende disciplines. Daarnaast is er ruimte voor eigen initiatief of het uitvoeren van een (onderzoeks)opdracht. Persoonlijke ontwikkeling staat in al onze functies centraal.
