The posting

Onze klant, een externe dienst voor veiligheid en bescherming op het werk, zoekt wegens een gezonde groei naar Arbeidsartsen.

Er zijn openstaande vacatures in volgende regio's. Mocht uw regio niet zichtbaar zijn, reik gerust uit en we bekijken de opties:

Verantwoordelijkheden:

Als arbeidsarts werk je in een multidisciplinair team met een klantenportefeuille binnen verschillende sectoren: overheden, zware industrie, kmo's tot grote ondernemingen. De focus ligt op drie aspecten :

* Consultaties bij de klanten

* Re-integratietrajecten van langdurige zieken

* Strategische beleidsadvies rond preventie op vlak van werkveiligheid vanuit de medische invalshoek.

Uw taken

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de toepassing van de wetgeving inzake arbeidsgeneeskunde bij de aan jou toegewezen bedrijven :

  • Je voert medische consultaties uit om het medisch toezicht van de werknemers te verzekeren.
  • Je bezoekt werkplaatsen en voert analyses uit van de werkomgeving op vlak van gezondheid, veiligheid en hygiëne om de risico’s met betrekking tot de arbeidsomstandigheden te controleren en te verminderen.
  • Je neemt deel aan comités voor preventie en bescherming op het werk om de externe klant te adviseren over alle zaken die betrekking hebben op de preventie en de bescherming van de werknemers in het bedrijf.
  • Je neemt deel aan wetenschappelijke activiteiten ten behoeve van de interne en de externe klanten om zodoende steeds op de hoogte te zijn van de wijzigingen in de wetgeving.

Requirements

Offer

  • Master opleiding in de geneeskunde
  • Men staat open voor zowel: erkende arbeidsartsen, arbeidsartsen in opleiding, of artsen open voor een carrièreswitch richting arbeidsgeneeskunde. Ook pas afgestudeerde artsen zijn welkom.
  • Mogelijkheid om de Master opleiding "Arbeidsgeneeskunde" te volgen in combinatie met deeltijds werken
  • Naast jouw technische kennis en vakbekwaamheden beschik je over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte houding.
  • Je werkt graag autonoom, maar bent eveneens een team player.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid je te verplaatsen binnen jouw regio.
