Je adviseert werkgevers en medewerkers bij vraagstukken rondom werk, verzuim, re-integratie, preventie en loopbaanontwikkeling. Daarbij breng je mens, werk en mogelijkheden samen. Je onderzoekt wat iemand nog wél kan, welke mogelijkheden er zijn binnen of buiten de organisatie en hoe duurzame terugkeer naar werk gerealiseerd kan worden. Je combineert jouw kennis van mens, organisatie en wetgeving met een pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
