De Goudse Verzekeringen maakt op dit moment gebruik van externe arbeidsdeskundigen. We zijn op zoek naar een collega die arbeidsdeskundige is en die de arbeidsdeskundigedienst bij De Goudse wil helpen opbouwen en ontwikkelen. Je krijgt de kans om: - Richting te geven aan het opbouwen en ontwikkelen van de interne arbeidsdeskundige dienst. We zoeken een kandidaat die een visie heeft op de inzet van een arbeidsdeskundige dienst en de regie hierover kan nemen. - Arbeidsdeskundige onderzoeken uit te voeren in het kader van de arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering; waarbij je zo nodig de mate van arbeidsongeschiktheid volgens de geldende beperkingen en de polisvoorwaarden vaststelt. - Adviseert over de mogelijkheden voor het verrichten van arbeid en de noodzaak van voorzieningen zowel in opdracht als op eigen initiatief. - Intensiever samen te werken met interne en externe specialisten, waaronder re-integratie coach AOV, zodat we onze klanten sneller en beter kunnen helpen. - Écht impact te maken op zowel klantbeleving als bedrijfsresultaat. - Deze rol is leuk omdat je zowel arbeidsdeskundige diensten uitvoert en de visie en regie over het uitvoeren van de arbeidsdeskundige dienst richting mag geven. Groeipad - Hoe jouw groeipad er precies uitziet, hangt ook af van wat jij zelf graag wil, maar wij denken dat je in elk geval: - Een ervaren arbeidsdeskundige bent en van de interne arbeidsdeskundige dienst een succes maakt. - Jouw kennis op arbeidsdeskundige gebied up to date houdt. - Groeit in het opdoen en delen van inzichten in de uitvoering van de gehele re-integratieketen van verzekerden met re-integratie coaches AOV, medische specialisten en acceptatiemedewerkers. - Je krijgt hierin de ruimte om te experimenteren, te leren en zichtbaar impac...
