Binnen deze middelgrote arbodienst begeleid je werkgevers en werknemers bij complexe verzuim- en re-integratievraagstukken en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan duurzame inzetbaarheid. Wat ga je doen als Arbeidsdeskundige? Als Arbeidsdeskundige begeleid je werkgevers en werknemers bij vraagstukken rondom verzuim, re-integratie en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je voert arbeidsdeskundige onderzoeken uit, brengt de belastbaarheid en mogelijkheden van werknemers in kaart en vertaalt deze naar heldere adviezen. Je werkt nauw samen met werkgevers, werknemers, casemanagers en bedrijfsartsen en krijgt veel vrijheid om jouw werkzaamheden zelfstandig in te richten. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan passende en duurzame oplossingen voor uiteenlopende arbeidsvraagstukken. Wat wordt jou geboden? - Een salaris tussen €4.800 en €6.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. - Een dienstverband van 32 tot 40 uur per week. - De mogelijkheid om 50% vanuit huis te werken. - 31,5 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. - Een winstuitkering aan het einde van het jaar. - Veel vrijheid en zelfstandigheid in de uitvoering van jouw werkzaamheden. - Een middelgrote arbodienst met korte lijnen, een informele werksfeer en volop ruimte voor eigen initiatief. - Mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen door middel van opleidingen en cursussen.
