We zoeken een gedreven professional die voor onze detacheringsprojecten: - HR-collega's en management adviseert over complexe arbeidsrechtelijke en rechtspositionele vraagstukken, waaronder procedures - Strategisch meedenkt over personeelsbeleid en ontwikkelopgaven - Aansluit bij overleggen met het lokaal overleg - Relevante interne en externe ontwikkelingen, jurisprudentie en wetswijzigingen signaleert, vertaalt en toetst - Arbeidsvoorwaarden op basis van wetgeving, cao en lokale afspraken implementeert en toelicht - Samenwerkt met arbeidsjuristen, HR-adviseurs, adviseurs medezeggenschap en het Interprovinciaal Overleg Welke talenten heb jij? Spreekt de rol van Arbeidsjurist je aan en herken je je in het onderstaande profiel? - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als arbeidsjurist binnen een overheidsorganisatie of politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met advisering op strategisch niveau - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met vraagstukken op het gebied van sociaal zekerheidsrecht en pensioenrecht - Je beschikt over een afgeronde juridische opleiding op minimaal wo-masterniveau, met een specialisatie in arbeidsrecht en/of ambtenarenrecht - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met arbeidsvoorwaarden en rechtspositie binnen de overheid - Je bent ervaren in het opereren binnen een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving en kunt uiteenlopende belangen zorgvuldig afwegen - Je bent analytisch sterk en kunt complexe informatie inzichtelijk maken - Je bent communicatief vaardig, omgevingsbewust en samenwerkingsgericht - Je kunt soepel schakelen tussen strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau Hoe belonen wij jouw talent?
