Met die groei neemt ook het aantal arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken binnen onze organisatie toe. Daarom zoeken wij een Arbeidsjurist die vanuit ons kantoor in Amersfoort verantwoordelijk wordt voor alles wat raakt aan arbeidsrecht, overeenkomsten, personele dossiers en juridisch werkgeverschap. Dit is nadrukkelijk geen functie waarin je uitsluitend juridisch advies geeft. We zoeken iemand die zelf de uitvoering oppakt. Je schrijft correspondentie, stelt juridische documenten op, onderhoudt contact met betrokken partijen en pakt arbeidsrechtelijke situaties van begin tot eind op. Ontstaat er bijvoorbeeld een arbeidsconflict of loopt een personele situatie uit de hand? Dan adviseer je niet alleen over de mogelijke vervolgstappen, maar neem je zelf een actieve rol. Je stelt de benodigde e-mails en brieven op, voert gesprekken en onderhoudt waar nodig rechtstreeks contact met de medewerker of andere betrokken partijen. We zoeken daarom iemand die juridisch inhoudelijk sterk is, maar tegelijkertijd hands-on, communicatief sterk en daadkrachtig is. Werken bij Sportprofessional Sportprofessional is een snelgroeiende organisatie. We ontvangen gemiddeld 40 sollicitaties per dag en groeien maandelijks met meerdere nieuwe medewerkers en partners. Die groei zorgt voor een dynamische werkomgeving waarin veel gebeurt, snel wordt geschakeld en voortdurend nieuwe vraagstukken ontstaan. Als Arbeidsjurist krijg je de mogelijkheid om jouw vakgebied binnen onze organisatie verder vorm te geven. Daarbij verwachten we dat je niet aan de zijlijn blijft staan.
