Achter een arbeidsrechtelijk dossier zit vaak een persoonlijk verhaal. Als arbeidsjurist bij het ETZ krijg je te maken met uiteenlopende vragen en belangen, omdat je werkt voor een grote organisatie met veel verschillende afdelingen en functies. Bij langdurige arbeidsongeschiktheid, ontslag of bezwaar kan een besluit veel betekenen voor iemands werk en toekomst. Jij helpt het ETZ om in zulke situaties zorgvuldig te handelen. Je brengt juridische kennis en oog voor de mensen om wie het gaat samen en geeft HR, leidinggevenden en bestuur houvast bij hun keuzes. Jouw werkzaamheden op een rij: - Je volgt ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving, sociale zekerheid en de Cao Ziekenhuizen. Je informeert betrokken collega's hierover en stelt adviesnotities en regelingen op. - Je adviseert en ondersteunt bij arbeidsrechtelijke zaken, zoals ontslag, langdurige arbeidsongeschiktheid, de toepassing van het Sociaal Plan en interne bezwaarprocedures. - Je voert zelfstandig juridische procedures. - Je past organisatiebrede werkwijzen, procedures en (arbeids)overeenkomsten aan als rechtspraak, standpunten of wet- en regelgeving veranderen. - Je toetst richtlijnen en procedures aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving en interne afspraken. - Je ontwikkelt organisatiebreed HR-beleid, vooral op het gebied van arbeidsvoorwaarden. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van richtlijnen en procedures en werkt aan verbeteringen. Je arbeidsvoorwaarden - Salaris & toeslagen Je krijgt een salaris tussen de € 4.824,- en € 7.269,- bruto per maand (bij 36 uur), passend bij je opleiding en ervaring. Deze inschaling is in FWG 65 volgens de Cao Ziekenhuizen. Boven op je salaris ontvang je vakantietoeslag en een vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
