Je beweegt je op het snijvlak van HR, organisatiebeleid en juridisch risicomanagement en draagt bij aan een juridisch zorgvuldige en strategisch onderbouwde personeelspraktijk. Je behandelt complexe casuïstiek en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken. Verder: - Signaleer je juridische risico's in het HR-domein en wet- en regelgeving. - Adviseer je over beheersmaatregelen. - Bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en actief meedenken over de inzet van AI en andere technologische ontwikkelingen. - Procederen namens het Erasmus MC bij de kantonrechter, het UWV en onze interne Bezwarencommissie. - Adviseren rondom juridische aspecten van individuele en collectieve arbeidsverhoudingen binnen de organisatie. Naast je werkzaamheden als arbeidsrechtjurist vervul je een belangrijke coördinerende rol binnen het team. Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte werkorganisatie en een goede samenwerking, waarbij je collega's ondersteunt en ontzorgt in de dagelijkse praktijk. Je signaleert knelpunten, denkt mee over verbeteringen in werkprocessen en draagt zorg voor een goede voortgang van de werkzaamheden binnen het team. Je bent in deze rol het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de afstemming met het Hoofd Juridische Zaken en zorgt voor een tijdige en duidelijke communicatie tussen het management en het team.
