Arbeidskundig Casemanager Arbeid & Gezondheid Functie omschrijving Arbeidskundig Casemanager Voor een gecertificeerde arbodienstverlener met landelijke dekking zijn wij op zoek naar een Arbeidskundig Casemanager. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verzuimbegeleiding en re-integratie van werknemers. Je fungeert als procesregisseur en werkt nauw samen met het medisch team, werkgevers en werknemers om een duurzame terugkeer naar werk te realiseren. Je werkt vanuit huis en bezoekt af en toe het kantoor. Kerntaken: - Procesregie over verzuimbegeleiding en re-integratie; - Adviseren van werkgevers en werknemers over werkhervatting; - Verzamelen en analyseren van niet-medische informatie; - Samenwerken met het medisch team en andere professionals; - Telefonisch contact met betrokken partijen; - Actieve sturing op duurzame re-integratie; - Begeleiden van werknemers vanaf één week na ziekmelding tot volledig herstel. Functie eisen Arbeidskundig Casemanager De ideale kandidaat beschikt over: - Minimaal een afgeronde MBO+ of HBO-opleiding; - Een afgeronde opleiding tot Casemanager (pré); - Werkervaring in verzuimbegeleiding en casemanagement; - Kennis van MS Office en andere relevante software; - Klantgerichtheid, assertiviteit en een proactieve houding; - Analytisch en oplossingsgericht denkvermogen; - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (schriftelijk en mondeling); - Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 32 uur per week.
