Organisaties krijgen te maken met groei, reorganisaties, internationale arbeidsrelaties en veranderende wet- en regelgeving. Bij Grant Thornton werk je aan uitdagende vraagstukken voor nationale en internationale cliënten en krijg je de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen als arbeidsrechtjurist en adviseur. Wat ga je doen? Als Medior Arbeidsrechtjurist werk je aan uiteenlopende arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken voor nationale en internationale cliënten. Je adviseert HR-professionals, management en ondernemers over actuele thema's binnen het arbeidsrecht en krijgt de ruimte om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen in dossiers en klantrelaties. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's, leert van multidisciplinaire projecten en ontwikkelt je zowel vakinhoudelijk als in je rol als adviseur. Zo groei je stap voor stap door naar een steeds zelfstandiger positie binnen onze praktijk. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Adviseren over arbeidsrechtelijke en HR-vraagstukken zoals reorganisaties, ontslag en internationale arbeidsrelaties. • Meewerken aan multidisciplinaire trajecten samen met collega's uit bijvoorbeeld Tax, Assurance en Advisory. • Onderhouden en uitbouwen van duurzame relaties met cliënten. • Actief bijdragen aan kennisdeling binnen het team en ondersteuning bieden aan junior collega's.
