Zum 15.12.2024 suchen wir eine/n Koch/Köchin (m/w/d)

Was erwartet dich?

- Du kochst eigenständig die Gerichte unserer aktuellen Karte und bereicherst sie mit deinen Kreationen - Du erstellst gemeinsam mit uns eine stetig wechselnde Speisekarte. - Du stellst Menüs für die Feierlichkeiten/Events unserer Gäste zusammen. - Du kümmerst dich um die Vor- und Zubereitung unserer Speisen. - Du sorgst für Sauberkeit an deinem Arbeitsplatz und richtest dich nach den aktuell gültigen Hygienevorschriften. - Die Repräsentation unseres Hauses sowie die Warenannahme und Kalkulation von Speisen gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabengebiet

Was solltest du mitbringen?

- Du hast eine Berufsausbildung als Koch (m/w/d) abgeschlossen - Idealerweise verfügst du über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie oder dem Catering bzw. in der Zubereitung von Speisen - Du bist teamfähig, zuverlässig, stressresistent und pünktlich - Du kennst die aktuellen Arbeits- und Hygienevorschriften und kannst sie problemlos umsetzen - Du zeigst Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität. - Freundlichkeit im Umgang mit unseren Gästen, ein sauberes Erscheinungsbild und eine gute Ausdrucksweise in der deutschen Sprache sind für dich selbstverständlich
