Für unseren Standort Weitenfeldstraße suchen wir eine handwerklich versierte und sozial kompetente Persönlichkeit, die Teilnehmer_innen in den Bereichen Metall, Industrie- und Verpackung sowie Kreativ/Stickerei/Laser fachlich anleitet und in ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung unterstützt. 1 Arbeitsanleiter_in Bereiche Metall, Industrie- und Verpackung sowie Kreativ/Stickerei/Laser

ARBEITSORT: Weitenfeldstraße 35, Amstetten

BESCHÄFTIGUNG: 37 Wochenstunden

EINTRITT: 01.11.2026

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Teilnehmer_innen und Transitmitarbeiter_innen bei Arbeitsaufträgen fachlich anleiten, qualifizieren und im Arbeitsalltag begleiten

* Arbeitsabläufe in der Metallbearbeitung, beim Schweißen und bei der Oberflächenbearbeitung planen, erklären und überwachen

* Kreativarbeiten anleiten, insbesondere Upcycling, Textilbearbeitung mit Stick- und Nähmaschine, Schneideplotter sowie Laserarbeiten vom PC bis zur Maschinenführung

* Weitere handwerkliche Tätigkeiten wie Schneiden, Schleifen, Verleimen, Malen, Bügeln und Verpacken fachgerecht vermitteln

* Maschinenpark, Werkzeuge und Arbeitsmittel warten und instand halten sowie Arbeitssicherheit konsequent sicherstellen

* Qualifizierungsstrategien mitentwickeln, Zielvereinbarungen dokumentieren, Fortschritte beobachten und vereinbarte Maßnahmen kontrollieren

* Eng mit Standortleitung, Personalentwicklung und Geschäftsführung zusammenarbeiten und an Monatsgesprächen sowie Teamsitzungen mitwirken

* Vermittlungshemmnisse gezielt abbauen und an Qualitätssicherung, Supervisionen und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung mitarbeiten

IHR PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene handwerklich-technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Metallbereich, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Praxis in Metallbearbeitung und Schweißen; zusätzliche Erfahrung in Kreativ-, Textil-, Plotter- oder Lasertechnik von Vorteil

* Freude an der Anleitung und Qualifizierung unterschiedlicher Menschen sowie wertschätzender, geduldiger und klarer Umgang

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit, Maschinen, Werkzeuge, Qualität und termingerechte Auftragsabwicklung

* Organisationsstärke, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zu Dokumentation, Supervision und Weiterbildung
