Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie sind Ansprechperson für Mitarbeiter_innen mit Behinderungen, die eigenständig im Rahmen des OÖ ChG in Betrieben am Regelarbeitsmarkt tätig sind. Dafür sind sie viel zwischen den jeweiligen Firmen unterwegs und begleiten die Menschen mit Behinderungen vor Ort.

* Sie sind Ansprechperson für unsere bestehenden Firmenkunden; Sie akquirieren Praktikums- und Arbeitsplätze in diversen Branchen und betreiben Sensibilisierungsarbeit im Bereich Inklusion

* Sie halten Kontakt mit regionalen Ämtern und Behörden und anderen Sozialdienstleistern.

* Sie erledigen administrative Aufgaben und fallspezifische Dokumentationen

Ihr Profil

* Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine duale Berufslaufbahn mit wirtschaftlicher und/oder sozialer Berufserfahrung

* Sie können sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team gut arbeiten und behalten den Überblick in unerwarteten Situationen

* Sie haben keine Scheu von der aktiven Arbeitsplatzakquise und bringen das dazu nötige Verhandlungsgeschick mit

* Sie haben eine hohe Motivation sich fehlende Kenntnisse rasch anzueignen

* Sie besitzen einen Führerschein B und ein eigenes KFZ

Gehalt

Diese Position ist je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten von € 3.348,90 bis € 4.050,30 brutto monatlich für 37 Wochenstunden dotiert.
