Was Sie erwartet * Sie begleiten eine Kleingruppe von 8 Jugendlichen mit Lernbehinderungen, Autismus und/oder sozial-emotionalen Problemen auf dem Weg in den Arbeitsmarkt. * Ganzjährig sind Sie verantwortlich für die Anleitung von drei praktischen Arbeitstrainingstagen pro Woche, sowohl auf einem Pferdehof als auch in einem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb. * Sie gestalten zielgruppengerechte Thementage in der Seestadt und und organisieren jugendgerechte und spannende Ausflüge. * Als vertrauensvolle erste Ansprechperson stehen Sie den Teilnehmer:innen auch bei Konflikten und Krisen unterstützend zur Seite.

Was Sie mitbringen * Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Sozialpädagogik, Inklusive Pädagogik, Psychologie, Lehramt oder eine zertifizierte Trainer:innen- bzw. Coaching-Ausbildung. * Sie haben umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen sowie mit jungen Erwachsenen und begeistern uns mit Ihrem Praxiswissen als Trainer:in oder in der Arbeitsanleitung. * Sie haben Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend in Wort und Schrift . * Die Fähigkeit, Jugendliche zu begeistern und zu motivieren, kombiniert mit einem sicheren Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und gutem Konfliktmanagement, zeichnet Sie aus. * Empathie und ein stärkenorientierter sowie wertschätzender Umgang ist für Sie selbstverständlich. * Sie sind geduldig, resilient sowie flexibel und zeigen auch bei ganzjähriger Outdoor-Arbeit hohe körperliche Belastbarkeit und Wetterfestigkeit. * Zusätzlich haben Sie bereits Erfahrung im Bereich der Land- und Pferdewirtschaft?

Abhängig von anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten ist für diese Position ein Bruttogehalt von € 3074,80 bis € 3538,90 (Vollzeit 37 WStd. lt. SWÖ-KV, Stufe 7) vorgesehen.
