Sie sind Experte in der Arbeitstechnik bzw. wollen das werden und haben zumindest Vorkenntnisse von Fertigungsprozessen für Stahlbau Komponenten? Sie möchten gerne Ihr Know-how und Ihre Erfahrungen im zuständigen Fertigungsteam teilen? In einem dynamischen Fertigungsumfeld mit internationalen Kolleg:innen und sich weiterentwickelnden Systemen verbinden Sie Konzeptarbeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität - immer mit dem Ziel, Prozesse gemeinsam nachhaltig zu optimieren. Klingt nach Ihrer nächsten Herausforderung? Dann sind Sie im Bereich Fertigung als Arbeitstechniker / Industrial Engineer (w/m/d) in Lengau genau richtig.

WAS SIE ERWARTET

* Anlegen von Arbeitsplänen und Stücklisten für Entwicklungsteile, Prototypen, Serienteile und Vorrichtungen

* Erstellung von Kalkulationen, Kostensimulationen sowie Aufbereitung von Daten zur Optimierung von Produkten und Kosten

* Beratung der Produktlinien im Produktentwicklungsprozess (PEP) durch Machbarkeitsprüfungen, Abklärung mit Fachabteilungen und Optimierungsvorschläge

* Entwicklung und Einführung von Synergien sowie Best-Practice-Prozessen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung in allen Fertigungsbereichen

* Bereitstellung von Auswertungen zur Produktionssteuerung, Monitoring der Prozesswirksamkeit, Einleiten von Korrekturmaßnahmen und aktive Mitarbeit im Fertigungsteam mit Verantwortung für definierte Ziele und Aufgaben

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Meister, HTL) sowie Erfahrung in Blechbearbeitung, Schweißen und mechanischer Bearbeitung

* Wünschenswert Kenntnisse in Industrial Engineering-Systemen und Tools (Arbeitspläne, Vorgabezeiten, REFA) sowie Kostenkalkulation

* Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise SAP) und hohe IT-Affinität, insbesondere in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word usw.)

* Analytisches Denken mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise und hohem Verständnis für komplexe Prozesse

* Ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein und Blick fürs Detail
