Wir sind ein eigentümergeführtes, international tätiges Unternehmen im Stahl- und Anlagenbau. Mit rund 400 engagierten Mitarbeitern realisieren wir modernste Heizkraftwerke für die ökonomische und ökologische Nutzung biogener Brennstoffe sowie Bauwerke aus Stahl im Hochbau. Die Kompetenz, als Generalunternehmen weltweit Projekte zu verwirklichen, ist der Grundstein für weiteres in Wachstum.

Aufgrund dessen verstärken wir unser internationales Team und suchen für unseren Standort in 9113 Ruden-Eis 1 Arbeitsvorbereiter/in für unseren Standort in 9113 RUDEN ab sofort, Vollzeit (2-Schicht)

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

* Arbeitsplanung: Festlegung der Arbeitsabläufe, Fertigungsmethoden sowie Planung der Maschinenbelegung

* Arbeitssteuerung: Erstellen von Fertigungsaufträgen, Zeitplänen und Überwachung der Termine

* Materialwirtschaft: Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit zur rechten Zeit am rechten Ort

* Stammdatenpflege: Erstellung und Verwaltung von Arbeitsplänen und Stücklisten im ERP-System

* Qualitätssicherung: Prozessüberwachung und Behebung von Störungen im Ablauf

Deine Qualifikationen:

* Ausbildung: abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. LAP Metalltechnik, LAP Prozesstechnik, HTL Maschinenbau, Fertigungstechnik, FH)

* Erfahrungen: mindestens 10 Jahre im Produktionsbereich, davon mindestens 5 Jahre in der Arbeitsvorbereitung

* Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und CAD-Programmen

* Sprachen: Deutsch (fließend), Weitere Sprachkenntnisse: Englisch, Slowenisch / Kroatisch / Bosnisch von Vorteil

* Fähigkeiten: Analytisches Denken, technisches Verständnis, Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Zuverlässigkeit, Hand-On-Mentalität
