Kerngeschäft ist die Abwicklung von Gesamtprojekten im Rohbau. Diese umfassen die Herstellung, die Lieferung und die Verlegung von Plan-getreuen bearbeiteten Betonstahl und vorgefertigten Bewehrungssystemen auf Baustellen, vor allem in Österreich.

Kommunikation

* Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Frachtunternehmen, Fahrern und dem eigenen Produktionspersonal

Management

* Umplanung bei Statusänderungen, z. B. Verschiebungen auf der Baustelle oder Änderungen in der Verfügbarkeit von Fahrzeugen

Dokumentation

* Erstellung und Prüfung von Frachtbriefen und Lieferbelegen

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen folgende Tätigkeiten:

* Vorarbeiten zur Planbearbeitung und Plananlage im operativen EDV-System

* Zusammenstellung von LKW-Fuhren gemeinsam mit der Produktion

* Einteilung und Abruf von LKW-Fuhren bei Frachtunternehmen

* Vorbereitung von Lieferscheinen und Frachtpapieren

* Abwicklung von Beiladungen und Hilfsstoffen

* Transportabwicklung zwischen Produktionsstätten

* Koordination und Information bei Anfragen zum Lieferstatus

* Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

Wir wenden uns an Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten mit:

* Abgeschlossener Berufsausbildung

* Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke

* Teamfähigkeit, Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Guten MS-Office-Kenntnissen

Was sollten Sie können?

* Ruhe bewahren bei hohem Telefonaufkommen und Zeitdruck

* Schnelle und logische Entscheidungen treffen, orientiert an vorgegebenen Entscheidungsrichtlinien

* Interesse an der Baubranche sowie Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit im Team

* Erfahrung in der Baubranche ist von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
