Als Arbo-adviseur vertaal jij beleid naar de praktijk en zorg je dat het echt werkt op de werkvloer. Zo maak je dagelijks impact op veiligheid, preventie en risicobeheersing binnen onze organisatie. Waarom je bij ons wilt werken - Je werkt bij een middelgrote gemeente waar veel gebeurt en de lijnen kort zijn: dat betekent dat je als Arbo- adviseur veel impact hebt op de veiligheid, preventie en duurzame inzetbaarheid van collega's. - Jouw groei staat centraal: via de Zevenaar Academie en je persoonlijke leerpad blijf jij groeien. - Jouw werkomgeving is uniek en inspireert: in de Turmac Cultuurfabriek liggen ontmoetingen altijd op de loer. Dit doe je als Arbo-adviseur Jij bent dé adviseur en aanjager van gezond en veilig werken binnen onze organisatie. Je actualiseert en voert RI&E's en bijbehorende plannen van aanpak uit, en vertaalt de uitkomsten naar concrete verbetermaatregelen. Je signaleert en analyseert risico's, ongevallen en meldingen, en coördineert en monitort de uitvoering van maatregelen samen met preventiemedewerkers. Je stelt arbo-procedures en werkinstructies op en actualiseert deze, je adviseert over naleving van de Arbowet en relevante wet- en regelgeving. Ook treed je op als regisseur voor onze arbodienst en bewaak je de kwaliteit en samenwerking. Daarnaast organiseer en coördineer je belangrijke processen zoals PAGO/PMO en PSA-beleid, en stel je managementinformatie en voortgangsrapportages op om de voortgang van de arbo-organisatie inzichtelijk te maken. Je bewaakt de voortgang volgens de Wet verbetering poortwachter en signaleert trends in verzuimdat...
