€5000 - €9000 / month Hoeksche Waard Functieomschrijving Bres Accommodaties exploiteert en onderhoudt het gemeentelijk vastgoed in de Hoeksche Waard. Dit zijn onder andere sporthallen, dorpshuizen, een aantal zwembaden en het Recreatieoord Binnenmaas. We houden de panden in goede conditie, aantrekkelijk en veilig en zorgen ervoor dat iedereen zich bij ons welkom voelt. Binnen Bres maken wij gebruik van een Arbo Management Systeem (AMS) AMS is een gestructureerd systeem dat Bres helpt om de gezondheid, veiligheid en het welzijn van werknemers te waarborgen en te verbeteren. Het ondersteunt Bres bij het voldoen aan de Arbowet en andere relevante regelgeving, en bij het creëren van een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving. HR heeft hierin een verbindende rol tussen beleid, uitvoering, medewerkerstevredenheid en wettelijke verplichtingen. Onze HR afdeling bestaat uit een HR-adviseur en een HR medewerker. Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste stagiair die de stappen van het RI&E-dossier a.d.h.v. het plan van aanpak verder gaat opvolgen en uitwerken. Dit t.b.v. van een succesvolle implementatie en uitvoering van het arbobeleid. Opdrachtomschrijving en/of onderzoeksvraag: De HR-afdeling speelt een cruciale rol in het succesvol implementeren en uitvoeren van het arbobeleid. Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste stagiair die de stappen van het RI&E-dossier a.d.h.v. het plan van aanpak verder gaat opvolgen en uitwerken. Dit t.b.v. van een succesvolle implementatie en uitvoering van het arbobeleid. De taken zullen o.a. betrekking hebben op de volgende werkzaamheden: 1. Ondersteuning bij de RI&E 2. Zorg voor goede arbeidsomstandigheden 3. Ziekteverzuimbeleid beheren 4. Training en bewustwording 5. Beleid ontwikkelen en implementeren 6.
