Bij Avans leer je medewerkers en leidinggevenden écht kennen en maak je het verschil op het gebied van gezondheid, verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Mooi werk Je werkt als arboverpleegkundige in een grote en veelzijdige organisatie waarin je medewerkers, leidinggevenden en de werkomgeving écht leert kennen. Daardoor kun je niet alleen individuele medewerkers ondersteunen, maar ook bijdragen aan gezondheid en inzetbaarheid binnen de organisatie als geheel. Juist die combinatie van inhoudelijke diepgang, zichtbare impact en langdurige betrokkenheid maakt dit werk bijzonder. Avans werkt volgens het eigenregiemodel: medewerker en leidinggevende zijn samen verantwoordelijk voor het re-integratieproces. Jij ondersteunt hen bij het maken van passende keuzes richting herstel en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Dankzij de korte lijnen met leidinggevenden, personeelsconsulenten, bedrijfsartsen en andere betrokken collega's kun je snel schakelen en hebben adviezen vaak direct effect in de praktijk. Tijdens verzuim- en preventieve spreekuren breng je de situatie zorgvuldig in kaart. Je adviseert over belastbaarheid en vervolgstappen en verwijst waar nodig door naar de bedrijfsarts. Je werkt daarbij volgens de verlengde-armconstructie onder verantwoordelijkheid van de bedrijfsarts. Preventieve spreekuren worden binnen Avans steeds beter gevonden. Medewerkers weten je daardoor niet alleen te vinden wanneer er sprake is van verzuim, maar ook wanneer zij gezondheidsvragen hebben die hun inzetbaarheid kunnen beïnvloeden.
