ml. T238255 Je gaat aan de slag als Archief expert binnen een organisatie die de informatiehuishouding en archivering structureel wil verbeteren. Nieuwe wetgeving, aangepaste software en veranderende inzichten vormen de basis voor een verbeterplan waar jij richting en invulling aan geeft. Je zorgt er samen met het team voor dat beleid, processen en plannen actueel, duidelijk en uitvoerbaar zijn. Daarbij neem je het voortouw, breng je structuur aan en werk je doelgericht aan duurzame kwaliteitsverbetering. Je werkt hybride, waarbij je minimaal 2 dagen op locatie aanwezig bent in Anna Paulowna. Wat ga je doen - Je geeft richting en invulling aan het verbeterplan voor informatiehuishouding en archivering. - Je realiseert samen met het team Informatiebeheer en een projectleider actuele en duidelijke processen, beleid, strategie en plannen. - Je zorgt dat de kwaliteit van de informatiehuishouding structureel bestuurd en geborgd kan worden. - Je neemt het voortouw en zet de benodigde stappen in de juiste volgorde. - Je werkt continu aan verbetering van de vastlegging door concrete acties en voorstellen uit te werken. - Je zoekt actief de samenwerking op binnen de organisatie om verbeteringen te realiseren. Over jou - Je hebt HBO+ werk- en denkniveau. - Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen mee te nemen in veranderingen. - Je bent flexibel en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen strategie, beleid en uitvoering. - Je hebt een coachende stijl en ondersteunt het team bij de verdere ontwikkeling van de informatiehuishouding. - Je beschikt over analytisch vermogen en bent in staat om verbeterkansen scherp te signaleren. - Je bent proactief en neemt eigenaarschap in de voortgang van de opdracht.
