Je ontwerpt niet alleen toekomstbestendige IT-architecturen, maar begeleidt ook actief de implementatie, bijsturing en continue verbetering van klantdiensten. Met jouw strategisch inzicht én hands-on mentaliteit maak je écht impact: van het ontwerpen van schaalbare cloudoplossingen tot het begeleiden van complexe migraties en het doorlopend optimaliseren van IT-proposities. Customer-centric werken staat bij jou centraal. Je kijkt altijd verder dan techniek en frameworks, en weet de vraag áchter de klantvraag te achterhalen. Zo verbind je klantambities met slimme, innovatieve IT-oplossingen die organisaties vooruithelpen. Als Architect ben je verantwoordelijk voor een eigen klantenportfolio van gemiddeld 10 tot 15 klanten Je komt terecht in een team bestaande uit zes andere architecten, waar eigenaarschap en persoonlijk leiderschap centraal staan. Je krijgt volop ruimte om initiatief te nemen, je visie te delen en samen te werken aan innovatieve oplossingen. Binnen dit team wordt jouw expertise gewaardeerd en krijg je de kans om écht het verschil te maken - zowel voor de klant als voor Wortell zelf. Ontmoet enkele collega's Begeleiden van verandering Je begeleidt teams en stakeholders gedurende het hele traject van digitale transformatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat veranderingen niet alleen op papier plaatsvinden, maar daadwerkelijk op de werkvloer worden doorgevoerd. Je stimuleert eigenaarschap en persoonlijk leiderschap, zodat iedereen betrokken is en de verandering duurzaam wordt geborgd.
