Onze klant is een dynamisch en groeiend architectenbureau met een brede ervaring in uiteenlopende bouw- en ontwerpprojecten.

Ze werken aan zowel residentiële projecten (woningen en appartementen) als utiliteitsbouw zoals KMO-gebouwen, kantoren en publieke gebouwen. Ook interieur- en designopdrachten maken deel uit van hun portfolio, telkens in nieuwbouw- en renovatiecontext.

Wat hen typeert, is de grote variatie in projecten en de nauwe samenwerking met de bouwheer. Elk ontwerp ontstaat in dialoog met de klant, waardoor elke opdracht uniek is. Er wordt sterk ingezet op doordacht ontwerp, hedendaagse vormgeving en verfijnde detaillering. Daarnaast wordt elk project bekeken binnen een bredere ruimtelijke en maatschappelijke context, met aandacht voor duurzaamheid, functionaliteit en kwaliteit. Zo streven ze naar architectuur die niet alleen mooi is, maar ook betekenisvol en toekomstgericht.

Jobomschrijving

Als architect neem je de leiding over eigen projecten en werk je samen met een team van assistenten om elk project tot een goed einde te brengen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je werkt aan eigen architectuuropdrachten en stuurt het project mee aan van A tot Z
  • Je doorloopt samen met je team het volledige architectuurproces: bestaande toestand, voorontwerp, vergunning, aanbesteding en werfopvolging
  • Je hebt contact met bouwheren, aannemers en andere partners om een vlotte uitvoering te garanderen
  • Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van je projecten, ook onder tijdsdruk
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in team en neemt de leiding waar nodig binnen planning, budget en teamafspraken

Ben jij een ervaren architect die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit het leiden van projecten van A tot Z? Dan herken je jezelf misschien in dit profiel.

  • Je hebt een master (ingenieur-)architectuur
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante beroepservaring
  • Je bent sterk organisatorisch en communicatief, zowel met collega’s als met klanten en bouwpartners
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van cijfers en bouwtechnisch vakjargon
  • Je hebt ervaring met Vectorworks en MS Office
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie
