Ben jij de architect en applicatiebouwer die complexe wensen vertaalt naar waterdichte ontwerpen? Bij REM Automatisering zoeken we een nieuwe collega voor ons ontwikkelteam. Iemand die niet alleen technisch sterk is, maar ook van een informele werksfeer houdt, in een team waar iedereen elkaar en de klanten bij de voornaam kent. Wie zijn wij? REM Automatisering ontwikkelt sinds 1985 software die organisaties écht verder helpt. Vanuit Amsterdam werken we al meer dan veertig jaar met vakmanschap, zelfstandigheid en een sterke focus op samenwerking aan slimme, duurzame oplossingen. Onze kracht zit in co-creatie: we bouwen software samen met klanten en gebruikers, zodat de oplossing niet alleen technisch sterk is, maar ook echt aansluit op de praktijk. Met ruim twintig mensen en zelfsturende teams - Support & Implementatie, ICT, Programmeurs, Ontwikkel, Relaties en MT - ontwerpen, bouwen, testen, leveren en ondersteunen wij onmisbare software. Ons open source low-coding VTH-zaaksysteem OpenWave is de ruggengraat voor complexe regelgeving bij omgevingsdiensten, gemeenten en provincies. Daarnaast ontwikkelen wij Sys42, wat ook een low-code systeem van ons is. Dit systeem kan worden ingezet als begrotingssysteem, ordersysteem en meer. Wat ga je doen? In een hecht ontwikkelteam van momenteel vijf specialisten ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen de klant en de techniek. Samen met je team ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige releaseplanning. Je dagen zijn afwisselend en vol eigen initiatief: - Van wens naar ontwerp: je gaat met klanten in gesprek om hun behoeften helder te krijgen. Deze vertaal je naar een functioneel ontwerp, waarbij je ook direct nadenkt over de databasearchitectuur. - De vertaalslag naar techniek: zodra de klant enthousiast is, maak je het logisch ontwerp.
