Architectenbureau Vanhoorn-Maeckelbergh is een jong en dynamisch kantoor gelegen centraal Jabbeke. Wegens de groeiende vraag van bouwprojecten, willen wij ons team versterken met een architect - projectleider

Als Architect / Projectleider ben je de drijvende kracht achter onze uiteenlopende bouwprojecten. Je krijgt de volledige eindverantwoordelijkheid over het werfproces, vanaf de fase na de bouwaanvraag tot en met de definitieve oplevering. Met jouw technisch inzicht, organisatorisch talent en beslissingskracht stuur je projecten aan op vlak van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Voorbereiding & Aanbesteding: Voor aanvang van de werf ben je verantwoordelijk voor het selecteren en aanstellen van de aannemers en het opstellen van een strakke uitvoeringsplanning.
  • Werfcoördinatie & Opvolging: Op de werf volg je de dagelijkse activiteiten nauwgezet op. Je staat in voor de coördinatie en duidelijke afspraken met diverse partijen om ervoor te zorgen dat de planning vlot en efficiënt verloopt.
  • Kwaliteit & Veiligheid: Je controleert de uitvoering van de werken streng op kwaliteitsnormen en technische specificaties. Veiligheid op de werf draag je hierbij hoog in het vaandel.
  • Overleg & Rapportering: Je neemt actief deel aan (en leidt) de werfvergaderingen, stelt de verslagen op en rapporteert helder over de huidige projectstatus.

Je bezit een master architectuur of ingenieur-architect.

Je bent een professional met hoge graad van zelfstandigheid

Communicatief sterk met diverse doelgroepen (collega’s, klanten, bouwpartners, enz.)

Je bent een kei in multitasken, stressbestendig en stipt

Je kent de wetgeving, je bent sterk met cijfers en het bouwtechnisch vakjargon (Nederlands) kent geen geheimen

Stevige softwarekennis van Autocad, MS-Office, kennis van Revit, Lumion is een pluspunt.

Je bent werklustig en hebt de nodige zin voor verantwoordelijkheid

Je bent betrouwbaar en discreet. Vertrouwelijke informatie behandel je met zorg.
